Etna Apples are a unique product, grown in the fertile volcanic lands on the slopes of Etna. This particular soil condition gives the apples a distinctive flavour, slightly acidic and incredibly fresh.

What brings the Aztecs who lived in Central and South America closer to Sicily? Certainly Modica chocolate, now famous throughout the world but which owes much of its goodness to an ancient processing of the cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures so as not to melt completely, as in the chocolate we are used to consuming every day. A chocolate so unique that it also obtains the I.G.P. recognition!

Its particular grainy consistency makes it a unique chocolate, with an ancient flavour, in which you can perceive the pungent flavour of cocoa, combined with grains of sugar.
