However, what makes this chocolate special is the addition of black mulberry in the form of natural powder or dehydrated fruit, which is incorporated into the cocoa processing phase
The result is a chocolate bar with a unique flavour, where the natural sweetness of black mulberries meets the richness of cocoa in a perfectly balanced combination.

Certainly Modica chocolate, now famous throughout the world but which owes much of its goodness to an ancient processing of the cocoa mass with sugar mixed at low temperatures so as not to melt completely, as in the chocolate we are used to consuming every day.
