Artisan Easter Colomba with candied chestnuts and Gianduja, wrapped in a double layer of chestnut cream and dark chocolate

Delicious dessert of the Easter tradition in which a soft dough, given by a long and patient leavening, welcomes delicious pieces of candied chestnuts and Gianduia chocolate. The chestnut cream on the outside encloses everything, together with the dark chocolate glaze, giving life to yet another masterpiece of the Fiasconaro masters.

Colomba Marron Noir with candied chestnuts and Gianduia cream, covered with a double glaze of chestnut and dark cream.

The twinning between Sicily and Piedmont is sealed with the dove Marron Noir. The naturally leavened Fiasconaro dough contains the most precious candied chestnuts from the Varaita valley, accompanied by a delicious gianduia cream.

The very interesting novelty is also the double glazing, a light chestnut cream wrapped in a dark covering.
