This Colomba, handmade with traditional methods is one of their latest creations, a Colomba that contains all the Sicilian spring flavors!
The dough of these Colomba is characterized by its wonderful flavor, given by the natural yeast and the mastery of the master pastry chefs!
To fill this dough with flavor we can find Candied Peach and Apricot, and a delicious glaze made with white chocolate and almonds!
INGREDIENTS: colomba base (soft wheat flour type 00, butter, egg yolk, sugar, yeast (soft wheat flour type 00, water), honey, milk, wheat germ, cream, salt, flavouring (with soy), corn starch, vanilla, seasoning (candied peaches (peaches, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), candied apricots (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar).
