Soft artisanal Easter Dove enriched and covered with crunchy nuggets of "Modica Chocolate PGI"

Above, on the cover, the Pepite di Modica, crunchy granules of Modica PGI Chocolate which, combined with the soft artisanal dough, create a unique combination of tastes and flavours.

A very sweet combination, the one between the dough of the classic artisanal Easter Dove and the Chocolate of Modica PGI, the Christmas tradition that is linked to the Modican tradition of the great Chocolate of Modica PGI.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, free-range egg yolk 8%, Modica PGI chocolate chips 14% (bitter cocoa paste, sugar. Cocoa min. 60%), skimmed milk powder, wheat gluten, honey, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), wheat sourdough powder, flavourings, salt, yeast.

Coating: Dark chocolate (Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa min. 56%), Modica PGI Chocolate Nuggets 6% (Bitter cocoa paste, sugar. Cocoa min. 60%).

Allergens: Gluten, milk, eggs, soy. May contain traces of hazelnut, almond, pistachio.
