A soft Colomba, inside an elegant packaging created specifically for the Sicilian Pastry Shop Bonfissuto, with delicious toasted hazelnuts on a covering made with the finest milk chocolate.
It is a very soft dough, worked strictly by hand by the pastry chefs of the Sicilian Pasticceria Bonfissuto, and left to rise slowly.
Inside the package you will also find a jar of hazelnut spread cream.
INGREDIENTS: type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, liquid butter, free-range egg yolk, sugar, honey, fructose, natural mother yeast (wheat), monotriglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural enzymes, vanilla pods from Madagascar, natural flavours.
MILK CHOCOLATE COVERING Ingredients: Sugar, concentrated butter (99.8%), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier lecithin (soya), natural vanilla extract, toasted hazelnuts.
HAZELNUT CREAM Format: 200 g, Origin: Sicily, Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), finely crumbled biscuit 12%, wheat flour, concentrated butter, skimmed milk powder, barley malt flour, salt, hazelnuts , low-fat cocoa 10 10/12% cocoa butter, lecithin emulsifier (soya), natural flavourings, antioxidant (rosemary extract), selected hazelnut 30%.
May contain traces of eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and mustard.
