Tax includedThis delicious Pistachio Colomba is enriched with whole toasted pistachios of the highest quality, accompanied by white chocolate, creating a very good icing to say the least.
It is a very soft dough, worked strictly by hand and left to rise slowly.
Inside the package you will also find a 200 gram jar of pistachio spreadable cream, which, spread on the Colomba slice, will make everything even more delicious.
INGREDIENTS: type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, liquid butter, free-range egg yolk, sugar, honey, fructose, natural mother yeast (wheat), monotriglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural enzymes, vanilla pods from Madagascar, natural flavours.
Pistachio cream 200g: sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, sunflower, palm) whole milk powder, 10% white chocolate (whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier lecithin ( soya), flavourings, selected pistachio 30%.
White Chocolate COVERING: Sugar, concentrated butter (99.8%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier lecithin (soya), whole toasted pistachios.
May contain traces of eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and mustard.
