Thanks to a long leavening, this Colomba stands out for its great softness.
A real explosion of flavours, this is what distinguishes this dove from the others, the strong flavor of the rum Babà covered with a dark chocolate glaze which gives further flavor to an already tasty dough.
Its softness and great scent make this leavened product, without candied fruit, very special.
The key ingredient can only be the whole Babà al Rhum present inside, which makes this Colomba Pasquale, produced in the traditional way by the Pasticceria Giulio di Capo d'Orlando, something unique!
Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 00, dark chocolate (contains MILK) [cocoa paste (60.1%), sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], BUTTER, EGG yolk, Sugar, mother yeast [WHEAT flour, water], water, cooking salt
Ingredients: Type 00 flour, sugar, chicken eggs, margarine, salt, brewer's yeast, cane distillate, E150B coloring, natural flavors, vanillin.

Irresistibile! L'adorabile gusto cioccolatoso con la bagna del babà al rum è un'esplosione di gusto e sapore che ho riacquistato per farne anche dei regali ad amici e familiari che sono rimasti entusiasticamente sorpresi dalla bontà di questa deliziosa colomba. Consigliata ad occhi chiusi

Non acquisto mai prodotti del genere perchè deludenti nella loro composizione, ma questa colomba è una gran bella delizia per il palato: ha un gusto cioccolatoso ed il connubio con il rhum rilasciato dal babà al rhum la rende molto prelibata. Una experience goduriosa che consiglio assolutamente di provare.
