This Artisan Colomba contains two of the most typical flavors of Sicily: Cherry Tomatoes and Lemons

Thanks to the use of these 2 ingredients, the Nuova Dolceria pastry shop wanted to refer to the most ancient Sicilian traditions, dedicating the name of this Colomba Pasquale to its land: "Sicula"

The icing that covers this Colomba is then a spectacular introduction to the thousand flavors present within it, in fact white chocolate, powdered milk and natural vanilla flavors will open the doors of your palate to the sweetness of candied cherry tomatoes and lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS: Colomba base (type 00 soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, mother yeast (type 00 soft wheat flour, water), honey, milk, wheat germ, cream, salt, flavoring (with soy ), corn starch, vanilla), condiment (candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), cherry tomato jelly 6.7% (sugar, cherry tomato, gelling agent: pectin), candied cherry tomatoes 4, 5% (sugar, cherry tomatoes)), couverture (white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), sunflower oil, essential oil of lemon).
