A traditional hand-made naturally leavened Easter Colomba from the Sicilian Pasticceria Bonfissuto, one of the most famous Sicilian pastry shops located in Canicattì, in the province of Agrigento.
This Colomba is filled with whole candied cherries.
What makes it even richer and tastier is its precious external glaze, a pouring of White Chocolate with the addition of pieces of lemon peel.

This soft Colomba is handmade by the historic Sicilian Pasticceria Bonfissuto.
It is one of the most particular and tasty doves of the entire panorama of Sicilian Artisan Colombe, thanks to its filling of Candied Cherries and its glazed covering made with White Chocolate and pieces of Lemon Peel.
Ingredients: type 0 wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, butter, liquid butter, sugar, honey, fructose, natural mother yeast, monotriglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural Madagascar vanilla flavouring, natural flavourings, cherries whole candied fruit.
Flavourings: preservative: sulfur dioxide (as residue). Candied lemon puree: forget lemon, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup.
OUTER ICING: White chocolate icing and lemon zest.
May contain traces of peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts and mustard.
