The Easter 2021 collection is born from the encounter between the confectionery art of master Fiasconaro and the creativity of Dolce & Gabbana!
After the Panettoni, for the first time the line is enriched with three new different proposals of the traditional Italian pastry: the Colomba.
That of Fiasconaro Colombe, with the slow and gradual natural leavening of the sourdough, is a long and patient production with leavening that can last up to three days, guaranteeing unparalleled lightness and fragrance. A careful selection and genuineness of raw materials that stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.
In this version the classic artisanal almond dove from the Fiasconaro tradition, with its naturally leavened dough is enriched with fresh Sicilian candied orange and completely covered with icing and strictly Sicilian almonds.
The high quality craftsmanship of this dove is preserved thanks to the new elegant and delicate tin box signed Dolce & Gabbana, with an elliptical shape specially designed by the most famous Sicilian artistic workers with majolica motifs inspired by the blue of the Mediterranean and the summer freshness of the sea. , transforming, as usual, these tin containers into precious objects to collect.
