Ingredients Panettone: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh barn eggs (12%), white chocolate covering (10%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh barn egg yolk (5,6%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), Sicilian pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3,3%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla. May contain nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts), lupin, mustard.
