Crunchy hazelnut-based biscuits, strictly Sicilian, toasted and reduced to grains!
The inelegant appearance given by the curled surface of the biscuit is contrasted by the delicious flavor of the toasted hazelnuts, coming from the hazelnut groves of the Nebrodi mountains and in particular from the towns of Ucria and Sinagra, combined with the exquisite crunchiness of a lightly meringue biscuit.
Brutti ma Buoni are ideal to eat alone, for a breakfast or a nutritious snack... perfect for dunking in milk or tea!
