Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a small Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan shop over the years has become a small company, where each product is created in a unique way, respecting traditions and choosing the best ingredients from our land.

Delicious to eat alone, or dipped in milk for breakfast. Also perfect to enjoy with a good tea or a Sicilian granita.

Ingredients: Wheat flour 43%, sugar, animal fats (lard), Sicilian whole milk 13%, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 5.2%, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil and fats (coconut, sunflower, water), potato starch, dark chocolate drops with cocoa 43% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin) 3.5%, sugar grains, alkalinized cocoa powder (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium bicarbonate) 3%, salt, natural flavors, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, preservative: sorbic acid.
