INGREDIENTS: Sicilian almonds 41%, sugar, wheat flour, egg yolk, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose syrup, fructose, sugar) sweetener: sorbitol, butter, wildflower honey, egg white, cinnamon, flavorings natural, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch.

DECORATION: candied orange rounds (orange peel pieces, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavouring, ascorbic acid, granulated sugar.

CHOCOLATE QUADRUCCI

INGREDIENTS: Sicilian almonds 41%, sugar, wheat flour, organic dark "Modica PGI chocolate" with mascobado sugar (bitter cocoa paste - origin: Ecuador - variety: Nacional fino de aroma; organic Mascobado whole cane sugar from the Philippines, Cocoa 70% minimum) 9.3%, egg yolk, cinnamon, natural flavourings, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch.
