Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan shop has become a small company over the years, where each product is created in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of best ingredients from our land.

Cantucci with Modica PGI Chocolate: Sicilian almonds 41%, sugar, wheat flour, dark organic "Modica PGI chocolate" with mascobado sugar (bitter cocoa paste - origin: Ecuoadro - variety: Nacional fino de aroma; whole cane sugar organic mascobado from the Philippines, cocoa 70% minimum) 9.3%, egg yolk, sweetener: sorbitol, butter, wildflower honey, egg white, cinnamon, natural flavourings, leavening agents: sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch.
