SOFT CANTUCCI WITH ALMONDS - SOFT CANTUCCI WITH MODICA IGP CHOCOLATE
Delicious mix of biscuits rich in Sicilian character, inside an elegant Limited Edition tin decorated with decorations reminiscent of the cart, a classic icon of the Sicilian tradition, which in these tins is decorated in a deconstructed way.
These Limited Edition Lattes are one of the most aesthetically beautiful products of the Biscottificio Tumminello, and which contain some of the best Sicilian artisanal biscuits in their catalogue.
Inside there is a careful selection of super delicious artisan biscuits, the Modica PGI Chocolate Cantucci which are delicious soft biscuits filled with toasted almonds and Modica PGI chocolate, and the soft Almond Cantucci, super soft and delicious biscuits flavored with cinnamon and wildflower honey.
Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan shop has become a small company over the years, where each product is created in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of best ingredients from our land.
The love and passion for baked goods passed down from generation to generation are essential for making traditional, good and genuine biscuits, capable of reviving the authentic taste of biscuits from times gone by.
INGREDIENTS:
Soft Almond Cantucci: Sicilian almonds 41%, sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, fresh eggs, sweetener: sorbitol, wildflower honey, cinnamon, flavourings, leavening agents: sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch.
Cantucci with Modica PGI Chocolate: Sicilian almonds 41%, sugar, wheat flour, dark organic "Modica PGI chocolate" with mascobado sugar (bitter cocoa paste - origin: Ecuoadro - variety: Nacional fino de aroma; whole cane sugar organic mascobado from the Philippines, cocoa 70% minimum) 9.3%, egg yolk, sweetener: sorbitol, butter, wildflower honey, egg white, cinnamon, natural flavourings, leavening agents: sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch.
