Inside there is a careful selection of super delicious artisanal biscuits, Zuccotti which are delicious biscuits filled with Avola almonds and pumpkin, and Cosi Chini, biscuits filled with dried figs and Avola almonds.

Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan shop has become a small company over the years, where each product is created in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of best ingredients from our land.

Shortcrust pastry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, fresh eggs, butter, whole milk, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, flavourings.

Filling ingredients: chopped Sicilian almonds 29% (equal to 15% of the total), sugar, vegetable puree (pumpkin, brassica, oranges, mandarins, sugar, glucose syrup, salt, sodium bicarbonate, flavourings, preservative: sulfur dioxide), maraschino liqueur, cinnamon.

Cosi Chini:

Shortcrust pastry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, lard, fresh eggs, whole milk, butter, extra virgin olive oil, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, salt, flavourings.

Filling Ingredients: dried figs 26% (equal to 10% of the total), sultanas, chopped toasted Sicilian almonds 14% (equal to 8% of the total), apricot puree (glugose-fructose syrup, apricot puree, sugar, thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate, acidity regulators: citric acid and calcium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, colouring: paprika extract, flavourings, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, butter cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings), wildflower honey, coffee, tasty alcohol, cinnamon.
