The use of the finest 70% dark chocolate of Modica PGI from Ecuador with Mascobado sugar gives these delicious biscuits a typically Sicilian flavour.
Delicious, crumbly and fragrant, they are produced exclusively with ancient Sicilian grain flours. Timilia flour, an ancient Sicilian durum wheat characterized by a low gluten index and Majorca flour, an ancient soft wheat cultivated in Sicily for centuries and known for being among the lowest in gluten.
