They are born from an idea of Forno Monastra, a small reality of Castell'Umberto, on the Nebrodi Mountains.
These biscuits are handcrafted, using only the highest quality products, and as much as possible products of the earth, the so-called "km 0"
Inside are whole hazelnuts, which are a true nutritional treasure, being rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that contribute to a balanced diet. Additionally, nuts are a source of healthy fats, fiber, and protein, which promote satiety and keep blood sugar levels stable.
