Ingredients Panettone: Soft wheat flour, raisin (14%), butter, sugar, candied orange peel from fresh (10%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), fresh barn eggs (10%), fresh barn egg yolk (5%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), wine “Marsala PDO” (1,7%), Sicilian honey, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono‐and diglycerides of fatty acids, “Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liquoroso PGI”(0,4%), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla. Granulated sugar. May contain soy, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio), lupin, mustard. 

Ingredients Nougat covered in white chocolate: Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.) (35%), sugar, white chocolate (20% min.) (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Sicilian honey, glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera)(3%), egg white, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain gluten and soy.
