In 1953, in Castelbuono, Mario Fiasconaro, opened an ice cream shop in the square in the center of the town, without knowing that shortly after, thanks to the brothers, and later, in the nineties, also thanks to the children, that bar would become the renowned historic company all over the world, which has made Sicily known for its excellence in the confectionery field. Molto deludente, non vale il suo prezzo. Immaginavo che fosse morbido e alveolato ma la consistenza è molto simile ai panettoni industriali da 3 euro, sopratutto è piuttosto asciutto. La copertura è buona anche se parecchio dolce. Onestamente non lo ri comprerei, senza contare che era un regalo e non è che ci abbia fatto una bella figura.
