Almond pastries with cherry 500 g

Gocce di Sicilia almond biscuits with candied cherry are one of the many cookie variations made from almond paste.

They are characterized by a soft almond biscuit with a rounded, fluted shape and the unmistakable half candied cherry in the center.

The candied cherry can be red or green, but this is only a matter of aesthetics; the flavor of the candied cherry, paired with the almond, is identical in both cases.

They are made using exclusively natural ingredients in the artisanal Pasticceria Giulio workshop in Capo d'Orlando.

Try them with tea, or even with a mid-afternoon coffee.

Ingredients: Sugar, Toasted Almonds (43.31%) [toasted and refined ALMONDS, Flavorings], cherries, vanilla.
