Grappa Quater - Firriato
Quater is a modern grappa with a soft aromatic bouquet. A highly developed distillate aimed at a discerning international audience, no longer used to the traditional grappa. It is a acquavite that is refined and attentively treated in every aspect of its production.
Liqueur based on Brandy, aged 10 years in oak barrels with the addition of green lemon and dried mint leaves, thanks to which it obtains a fresh and delicate flavor on the palate.
Excellent on any occasion and for the creation of original cocktails or long drinks, it even goes well with ice cream.

Marzola is a late mandarin that ripens in March. In the Blanco district, the temperature changes favor the intense aroma of its skins preserved in this liqueur thanks to an infusion in alcohol for 60 days.

Any residues are obtained by infusing the mandarin peel.

Obtained from the infusion of Tarocco Gallo orange peels harvested in January in alcohol, this variety grown on the slopes of Etna is distinguished by the presence of anthocyanins in the skins.

Contrada Melia is one of the last outposts where the Delizia del Etna apple ripens in March, one of the emblematic species of the volcano's biodiversity.
The liqueur is born from the maceration and infusion of the pulp in alcohol for at least 60 days.
