These are the words through which Baglio Oro wanted to present this new organic white wine born from vines found near the wonderful sea of the western Sicilian coast, precisely in Marsala.
This organic wine comes from Grillo grapes, a white grape variety that has made the history of the vines of Western Sicily, which in recent years has been reinterpreted in a modern key, thus entering among the great wines of the Italian wine scene.

Sensational Chardonnay, macerated at low temperature in concrete tanks, fermented in white oak barriques and aged for 6 months in oak tonneaux, with weekly batonnage.
A clear wine, straw yellow in color with amber reflections. It is granted to the nose with notes of acacia honey, chamomile flowers, vanilla and orange blossom.
The soft, enveloping and long taste make it a wine of great balance, to be combined with semi-aged cheeses, white meat, smoked fish, risotto with mushrooms and vegetables
