Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.

This Marsala is a D.O.C. fortified wine produced in Marsala, in the province of Trapani, in Sicily.
Alcohol and mistelle, an element responsible for the balance and smoothness, are added to the wine during the concia process, which is the stage when the type of Marsala being produced is defined.
Excellent dessert wine with a dry and harmonious taste.

Dedicated to grandmother Tanina, mother of 5 children, a generous and sweet woman but at the same time authoritative and decisive as Marsala La Madre presents itself: warm and enveloping in the amber color, explosive on the nose, sweet but never cloying in the mouth.
This is not a still wine, this OSA wine! Slightly sparkling, to be served chilled, it stands out for that strange sensation of euphoria given by the fragrance of a perfume reminiscent of raspberry and dog rose and which conveys the spirit of conviviality.
Ideal for aperitifs or appetizers, to be combined with fish-based dishes in general, desserts.

Carlo Hauner white wine is a white wine that comes from a blend of Inzolia, Grillo and Catarratto grapes.
It was born in Salina, in the Aeolian Islands, and is very pleasant accompanied with fish dishes such as appetizers, fried foods, raw fish or first courses.
On the palate it is very fresh, pleasant, with good acidity and a very rich and persistent finish.

On the nose it presents a bouquet of floral and fruity aromas which are typical of the Frappato grape variety.
