Rosè Semi Sparkiling Wine Rosè di Rosa 2022 - Milazzo
Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
A rosé wine, fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant persistence of taste, with a lively and persistent aroma, with floral and fruity returns of red fruits, in particular blackberries and raspberries, softened by pleasant hints of lychee.
Carlo Hauner white wine is a white wine that comes from a blend of Inzolia, Grillo and Catarratto grapes.
It was born in Salina, in the Aeolian Islands, and is very pleasant accompanied with fish dishes such as appetizers, fried foods, raw fish or first courses.
On the palate it is very fresh, pleasant, with good acidity and a very rich and persistent finish.
