DOC Etna white wine Le sabbie dell'Etna - Firriato
A brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose offers a pleasantly fruity bouquet with fragrant notes of red plum and cherry, combined with light spicy scents. The palate is fleshy and perfectly reflects the bouquet revealing an extraordinary freshness. The well-integrated tannin, completes this fragrant and pleasant wine.
Intense ruby red with brilliant purple reflections; it offers intense fruity aromas, black cherry and plum notes stand out; the bouquet opens with delicate flowery nuances and characteristic spicy notes of black pepper. The palate is supported by freshness and softness that make it juicy and a real pleasure to drink. Fine and well integrated tannins.

From Frappato grapes: one of the oldest varieties of Sicilian vines, which finds its maximum expression in the territories of the DOC Vittoria. A fragrant red, fresh and with soft tannins, with intense floral notes of violet and rose combined with hints of fresh red fruit.

From the union of slightly overripe grapes of Merlot, Syrah and Frappato, a fragrant wine, with an intense bright red color, with fragrances of small ripe red fruits. Round on the palate, its great freshness is expressed in the mouth, complete with good tannins.
The Cuvée delle Vigne Niche di Terre Nere is produced with only Carricante grapes, with its straw yellow color with golden reflections, it will perfectly accompany first courses of vegetables, fish or second courses of white meats, thanks to its intense and fat flavor, but at the same time of great freshness and flavor.

Colomba Platino offers its interpretation of Nero d'Avola, with the refinement that has always distinguished it. A velvety and elegant red wine, with an intense ruby red color and rich in aromas of cherry and spices.
Colomba Platino Nero d'Avola brings the character of the island to the glass, with its flavor of great structure and persistence, full and velvety. At the table it is excellent with braised meats and dishes with a strong taste. Try it with some roast chicken

From sunny and breezy vineyards in the Suor Marchesa estate, where the grapes ripen in the late September sun, Passo delle Mule is born, enveloping 100% Nero d'Avola, with an intense and deep ruby red color.
With an enveloping, fruity scent of marasca cherry and raspberry, with a pleasantly balanced complex of spices and vanilla, a rich, full and velvety red wine, with great structure and aromatic persistence.
Try it in combination with Potato crusted grouper on aubergine cream.

It is a fairly full-bodied Sicilian white wine, well balanced and rich in flavor, which presents itself in the mouth with fruity hints of white peach and yellow flowers, which leave an elegant trace on the palate.

The passivent method involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of the ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
Made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, a full-bodied and persistent red wine is born, which excellently accompanies important courses, with strong flavors, such as game, stews and aged cheeses.
