Rosè Semi Sparkiling Wine Rosè di Rosa 2022 - Milazzo
Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
An elegant wine, remarkably fresh with persistent notes of zagara and citrus fruit from the Mediterranean. Inzolia is a typical grape variety grown in Sicily.

The red kissed by the sun!
From the union of slightly overripe grapes of Merlot, Syrah and Frappato, a fragrant wine, with an intense bright red color, with fragrances of small ripe red fruits. Round on the palate, its great freshness is expressed in the mouth, complete with good tannins.
From the collection Versatile of character, a soft red with an international taste is born, obtained from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes ... the Angheli!
With an intense ruby red color, it shows a fragrant bouquet of red fruit (plum and black cherry) combined with elegant spicy hints (cinnamon and nutmeg) and delicate hints of tobacco. In the mouth it is enveloping with soft tannins and excellent persistence. A red with an international flavor with a great balance between structure and pleasantness.

Produced from Inzolia grapes, Bianca di Valguarnera gives a great olfactory complexity. On the nose, notes of jasmine and orange blossom are perceived, accompanied by a hint of peach, apricot, coconut and vanilla.
The aromas of the Mediterranean scrub are then translated on the palate into a wine with strong tannins, characterized by good acidity and a considerable length.
Freshness and structure are harmonized in this noble Sicilian wine, to be surely combined with smoked salmon, tuna and swordfish

With a very intense personality, it is characterized by fruity hints of citrus peel, exotic fruit and yellow flowers.

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.
