Etna Rosso Doc produced in Passopisciaro in the district from which it takes its name, which sees 20 hectares of vineyards on five different types of volcanic soils.
From grapes of Nerello Mascalese in purity, on the nose hints of small red fruits and balsamic Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is balanced and full-bodied, with a dense tannic texture and a long citrus finish. To be paired with fresh and aged cheeses or with second courses from the earth.
"Core is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard that has always been called Core by the local farmers. In Sicilian, "core" means heart. In fact, the vineyard seen from above has the shape of a big heart."
This red wine is a Certified Organic wine with a very territorial character, which gives off notes of plum, spices and red fruits with hints of cocoa and licorice.
The color is ruby red with light purplish reflections and the taste is very fresh, soft and round, with typical tannins.

Etna Rosso Doc from grapes from the fertile volcanic territory of Passopisciaro, a hamlet of Castiglione di Sicilia on the north-east side of Etna.
From 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, pleasant floral scents on the nose, aromas of small red fruits and notes of officinal herbs. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with delicate tannins and persistent mineral scents. To be combined with first courses with meat sauce or stewed white meats, fresh and blue cheeses.
70% Carricante 30% Catarratto, Etna Bianco Graci, produced organically, from vineyards located at more than 600 m above sea level on the volcanic territories of Passopisciaro, in the Catania area. Perfect expression of the volcanic terroir from which it comes
A soft and fragrant wine is born, of good harmony and complexity, which with hints of citrus and summer fruit, combines sweet and sunny notes of flowers and aromatic herbs, together with brackish and warm sensations of the sea
Vintage: 2021
This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
This strong mineral structure therefore gives the wine particular sapidity, freshness and minerality.
The color is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, while on the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with a long aromatic intensity with notes of almonds.

"Vrucara is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard whose land has always been called "Vrucara". It takes this name because the vruca is widely present, in Sicilian it is the name of a bush that spontaneously grows around the vineyard. This herb with a mentholated scent mixed with incense oil. "Transferred" into the ancient vine plants, unique, characteristics that we find later in the wine."
The Vrucara is the label that is a bit the symbol of this winery, which comes from old prephyloxxera vines.
