From the union of slightly overripe grapes of Merlot, Syrah and Frappato, a fragrant wine, with an intense bright red color, with fragrances of small ripe red fruits. Round on the palate, its great freshness is expressed in the mouth, complete with good tannins.
This unique wine is the fruit of commitment and love for our land. A soft, persuasive red wine rich in taste nuances. Ideal for important meat-based dishes or cured meats.
With an intense ruby red color, it has spicy and balsamic notes on the nose with notes of red fruit jam.

This Sicilian wine is a modern interpretation of an ancient native grape variety: Frappato.
Its grapes grow in the Firriato winery, on the Baglio Soria estate, and are predominantly dark and purple grapes, which give the wine a fruity hint of peel and seeds.
It is in fact a wine that expresses itself through a fruity bouquet, with some hints of spices, black pepper, liquorice and cloves.
On the palate it is broad, complex and enveloping with notes of blood orange.
