Truscè Brut Sparkling Wine
From a Catarratto and Chardonnay grapes, bright color and fine and pleasant perlage. The nose is fine and elegant with floral hints of acacia and orange blossom flowers. In the mouth it is dry, and pleasantly savory and fresh.

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.
This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
This strong mineral structure therefore gives the wine particular sapidity, freshness and minerality.
The color is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, while on the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with a long aromatic intensity with notes of almonds.

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas. Vecchio Florio is a Marsala Superiore, the result of a blend of Grillo and Cataratto grapes which refine for 30 months in ancient oak barrels.
Its particularity comes from the harvesting of the grapes, which takes place at very advanced maturation, thus giving this Sicilian wine hints of raisins, bitter almonds, spices and vanilla, typical hints of Marsala.
