Sicilian White Etna DOC Superiore V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), is produced from Carricante grapes and native Etna grapes on the volcanic soil. A wine that immediately shows notes of strong acidity and persistent minerality, which give it a sense of longevity. Over time it develops great character and balance.

A wine with a nice game of balance between acidity and tannin on the one hand, fruity and mineral notes on the other.

A still red with a ruby red color and a savory and extremely elegant taste. Mandrake 2019 is the flavor that blends with ecstasy, it is the magical virtues of the earth, the scent of berries and aromas, it is a magical wine. The inspiration comes from the esoteric virtues of an ancient plant, like a man's hidden dreams.
The Frappato Doc from the Paolo Calì winery is an excellent wine to pair with grilled red and white meats, but also fish soups or fried blue fish.

This is not a still wine, this OSA wine! Slightly sparkling, to be served chilled, it stands out for that strange sensation of euphoria given by the fragrance of a perfume reminiscent of raspberry and dog rose and which conveys the spirit of conviviality.
Ideal for aperitifs or appetizers, to be combined with fish-based dishes in general, desserts.

With a deep straw yellow color with golden reflections, Paolo Calì's Grillo Blues has a floral bouquet with marked citrus and spicy notes typical of the grape. In the mouth it is elegant, savory with a long and refreshing finish.
To combine with fish, shellfish and fried dishes. Also suitable for pairing with slightly seasoned cheeses or vegetables.
