Attention is paid to the smallest details, starting from the ingredients used: only fresh and short-chain products, such as eggs, butter, honey, oranges.

The dough of this Artisan Panettone is a slow natural leavening dough, and it rises for 36 hours using only mother yeast as the only leavening agent.

Inside the package you will also find a jar of Gianduia Cream with Etna Hazelnuts to spread on the very soft Artisanal Panettone.
