A wine that immediately shows notes of strong acidity and persistent minerality, which give it a sense of longevity. Over time it develops great character and balance.

Sicilian Red Etna DOC V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), it is produced from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mantellato 20% on volcanic soil. A wine with a nice game of balance between acidity and tannin on the one hand, fruity and mineral notes on the other.
