INGREDIENTS:
Pineapple and Apricot Panettone: soft wheat flour, candied pineapple and apricot cubes (20%) (pineapple apricots, glugose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter, sugar, fresh eggs, egg yolk fresh, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, DOP Marsala wine, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings: vanilla pods. Frosting (11%): (fresh egg whites, sugar, rice flour, kernel flour, modified starch, flavourings, pistachio paste) granulated sugar (2%), pistachio (Pistacia vera L.) (2%).
Lemon nougat: Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus Communis L.) (35%), sugar, Sicilian honey (9.5%), glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3%), egg white, flavoring natural vanilla. Lemon flavored white chocolate coating (20% min): sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, natural lemon flavouring, natural turmeric flavouring.
Leonforte Peaches IGP Extra Jam: Leonforte Peaches PGI (pulp and juice), sugar, lemon juice. Fruit used 120 g per 100 g. May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy
