In the glass this red wine has a ruby red color, which opens up in a penetrating way to the aroma, releasing aromas of pepper, vanilla and graphite.
On the palate it is very enveloping, full-bodied and with a long persistence where vanilla stands out.

This Baronessa di Canseria red wine was born in the Pupillo Cellars, in Syracuse.
It is a red wine with a very strong character, capable of accompanying even more complex dishes, such as strong and tasty first courses or good meat dishes.
It comes from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes which find their perfect habitat on the volcanic soils of the Syracuse areas. In the second half of September they are harvested manually in small boxes, and 30% refine in second passage barriques for a year.
The color is an intense ruby red, while the nose is characterized by hints of pepper, with some notes of morello cherry, cinchona root and leather.
On the palate it is very full-bodied, warm and persistent. Equipped with soft and enveloping tannins, with a finish reminiscent of vanilla.
