Passivento Rosato IGT a fresh and lively rosé

Passivento Rosato IGT is a rosé of great elegance and complexity, capable of surprising even the most demanding palates.

To the eye, it presents itself with an intense pink color, reminiscent of Sicilian sunsets.

On the nose, notes of fresh red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries immediately emerge, followed by a floral touch of rose and peony, accompanied by citrus scents that recall pink grapefruit. The process of partial drying of the grapes enhances these fragrances, making them richer and more enveloping.

On the palate, Passivento Rosato IGT stands out for its freshness and liveliness, well balanced by an important structure.

It is a rosé that is characterized by a pleasant softness and a light sweet streak, given by the drying of the grapes, which makes it versatile and perfect to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.

Passivento Rosato IGT by Barone Montalto is an extremely versatile wine in the kitchen. Thanks to its freshness and aromatic complexity, it pairs perfectly with a wide range of typical Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes.
