This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.
Still and dry red wine, vinified with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, with a pleasant scent of wild berries with pleasant vegetal sensations, a long aromatic persistence and soft tannins.

Red wine made from Syrah grapes, originating from only one vineyard and fermented in barrel.
Made from an extract of Anchovies (Engralius encrasicolus), enriched only with water and salt, Colatura di Alici is sought after all over the world for the uniqueness of its flavor.
This amber liquid, obtained by drying and pressing the anchovies in salt, is excellent for giving a new and tantalizing flavor to your salads, pizza, or even appetizers and aperitifs.
Ingredients: Salted anchovy extract (Engralius encrasicolus), water, salt. WITHOUT ADDITION OF DYES AND PRESERVATIVES

Product caught in uncontaminated waters and processed in the same day in an artisanal way, with a careful selection and conservation techniques dating back to remote times, where the only added ingredient is made up of sea salt from the salt pans of Trapani.
