From the island of Pantelleria, the Donnafugata winery has created a small production of a prized fruit such as capers.
With a special aroma and unique taste, they are a typical Sicilian specialty capable of enhancing every dish of Mediterranean cuisine.
We recommend rinsing the capers thoroughly before use to desalt them. Try them in a typical "pane cunzatu", or in a salad.
