Sicilian Sberge jam made by hand from the SicilSole farm.
The Sbergia dell'Etna (or Smergia), is an exquisite variety of Sicilian nectarine, Sbergiu cultivar, cultivated on the slopes of Etna. It is a medium-small peach of roundish shape, similar to plum. The peel is smooth white-greenish sometimes with red-orange streaks. The white flesh is soft and juicy, delicate and very fragrant.
Excellent to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack on a slice of bread or on a nice toast.
Ideal for preparing homemade desserts, for filling sponge cakes or for your delicious tarts.
