INGREDIENTS:

Traditional Panettone: Soft wheat flour, raisins (14%), butter, sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens, fresh candied orange peel (10%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar ), yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), “Marsala DOP wine” (1.8%), Sicilian honey, inverted sugar syrup, orange paste (peel orange, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, “Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liqueur PGI” (0.4%), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavorings natural: vanilla pods. May contain traces of nuts, soy and lupine.

Classic Cubaita:

- Almond kibble: Sicilian almond (amygdalus Communis L.)(50%), glucose, sugar, sunflower oil, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

- Pistachio crunch: Pistachio (Pistacia Vera)(50%), glutose, sugar, sunflower oil, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

- Sesame crunch: Sesame (40%), glutose, sugar, sunflower oil, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

Strawberry and Orange Extra Jam. Strawberries (pulp and juice) 70%, oranges (pulp and juice) 30%, sugar, lemon juice. Fruit used: 110 g per 100 g. May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy.
