This soft dough, the result of 36 hours of leavening, has Modica dark chocolate as its protagonist, Sicilian excellence like most of the short-chain raw materials used by master pastry chefs Angelo and Giovanni Inglima.
This chocolate Colomba is a more delicious version of the traditional Colomba. With a soft and elastic dough, which is enriched with top quality zero-kilometer ingredients and without any type of preservative!
Modica chocolate is present both in the dough and in the filling, enriched with Canicattì orange honey and Madagascar vanilla beans, which give this dove a personality and an intoxicating scent!
