The protagonist of this elegant gift idea is the Almond Panettone of 1 kg from Fiasconaro. The tasting is enriched by the Classic Cubaita, a mix of crunchy biscuits with pistachios, almonds and sesame, really excellent to taste and share, but not only that, there is also the sweet Etna Apple Extra Jam, and the excellent Almond Cream to be spread perhaps on a good slice of bread, or even better on panettone.

INGREDIENTS:
Panettone with almonds: Soft wheat flour, raisins (18%), butter, almond icing (11%) (egg white from fresh free-range hens, sugar, rice flour, almond flour (7.7%) , modified starch, flavourings), sugar, fresh free-range eggs, yolk from fresh free-range eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), granulated sugar (3%), Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.)(2%), “Marsala DOP wine”, Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, “Terre Siciliane Zibibbo IGP liqueur”, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings: vanilla pods. May contain traces of other nuts, soy and lupin.
Classic Cubaita:
- Almond crunchy: Sicilian almond (amygdalus Communis L.)(50%), glugose, sugar, sunflower oil, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
- Pistachio crunchy: Pistachio (Pistacia Vera)(50%), glugose, sugar, sunflower oil, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
- Sesame Croccantino: Sesame (40%), glugose, sugar, sunflower oil, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Etna Apple Extra Jam: apples (pulp and juice), sugar, lemon juice. Fruit used 100 grams per 100 grams. May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy
Almond Cream: Almond (Amygdalus communis L.) (31%), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings natural, salt. May contain traces of other nuts and/or lupine.
