PANETTONE INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, free-range egg yolk 11%, skimmed milk powder, wheat gluten, honey, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), wheat sourdough powder , flavourings, salt, yeast. Coating: White chocolate (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), chopped pistachios 18%. Treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. MAY CONTAIN OTHER NUTS (ALMONS AND HAZELNUTS), SOY.
