The Hauner's Bianco di Salina is a wine with a Mediterranean scent, from Inzolia and Catarratto grapes grown on the island of Salina. On the nose aromas of Mediterranean scrub and citrus fruits and exotic fruit, in the mouth it is fresh and persistent.

A brilliant straw yellow color with light green reflections. The bouquet is intense and goes from floral scents (elder and acacia) to notes of white fleshed fruits (peach) combined with hints of Mediterranean maquis. Elegant white wine, suitable for special occasions. From Chardonnay grapes from the Contessa Entellina estate, harvested at night starting from the second half of August. Rich in nuances and with great aging potential, perfect to combine with delicate fish dishes.
From Malvasia delle Lipari dry and a small percentage of Inzolia, the last born in the Hauner house. A fresh white, aromatic and mineral, expression of the best characteristics of the Aeolian Malvasia, soft and harmonious, with a surprising freshness on the palate.

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
This Malvasia is a white with great character that smells a lot of iodine, saltiness and rock herbs, the flavor is very intense and dashed with salt.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.

100% Malvasia delle Lipari
Angimbè, obtained from Insolia and Chardonnay grapes, is one of the most famous wines of the Cusumano winery.
With a very intense personality, it is characterized by fruity hints of citrus peel, exotic fruit and yellow flowers.
On the palate it is very soft, enveloping and of good freshness.

Shamaris is a wine produced with Grillo grapes in the Presti and Pegni di Cusumano estate in Monreale
It is very pleasant, and thanks to a slightly fruity flavor it is able to immediately express the aromas and flavors of the area, thanks to a bouquet rich in yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and orange blossom.
On the palate it is soft, fruity and intense.
In this wine there is the story of King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon and of the Real Casina di Caccia di Ficuzza. Here, in the 1800s, the sovereign kept his own wine, produced with grapes from the vineyards located around the Ficuzza estate.
Davide and Antonio, the brothers who manage this winery, wanted to imagine what the wine drunk could be like in the times of the King, thus giving birth to Salealto, a "vin de terroir", obtained from Insolia, Grillo and Zibibbo grapes in equal parts, before vinified separately and then aged together.
