Lavico Rosso Doc 2021

A red wine born on the slopes of Etna from Nerello Mascalese grapes.

It is a very elegant, fresh and tasty wine that ages partly in French oak barriques and partly in concrete tanks.

At sight it has a ruby red color with some slight garnet reflections, while the aroma is intriguing, complex. In the mouth it is structured, elegant and has good freshness as well as a delicate flavor. The tannins are ripe and balanced, and the finish is long and persistent.

Perfect for meat and mature cheeses.

Good balance between flavor and acidity, hydrocarbon notes stand out destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.
