Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
This Malvasia is a white with great character that smells a lot of iodine, saltiness and rock herbs, the flavor is very intense and dashed with salt.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.

100% Malvasia delle Lipari
It is a Malvasia delle Lipari that was born in Salina, in the Capofaro estate of the historic Tasca d'Almerita winery, it is a type of very fresh and very aromatic dry white wine.
At sight it has a straw yellow color, while on the nose it opens with a very intense bouquet, with floral, citrus and dried fruit aromas.
On the palate it is very soft and balanced, where floral and aromatic herbal notes are evident.

Malvasia delle Lipari Capofaro was born in Salina in the homonymous Tenuta Capofaro of the historic Tasca d'Almerita winery, it is a type of very intense and aromatic sweet white wine.
At sight it presents an intense yellow color with golden reflections, while on the nose it opens with an aromatic bouquet with notes of fresh fruit, grapes and candied fruit.
On the palate it is very balanced, sweet and very fresh, with a pleasant persistence.

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
