Nero Ossidiana Red Wine - 2018 IGP Sicilia - Tenuta Castellaro
Corda Pazza was born from the encounter between the Sicilian native vines Frappato, Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes.
The surprising blend gives life to a ruby red with violet reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma that recalls the hints of morello plum with a background of berries, iquirice and chocolate. Corda Pazza is full, warm and rightly tannic on the palate.

This red comes from the wonderful Tuscany, and is a blend of Sangiovese (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that come together to create a bottle with a large sip and a great structure.
Its very structured characteristics give this bottle its great strength, namely that of being able to refine in glass even for the next 5 years, guaranteeing a truly interesting evolution ... all to be discovered !!
Frappato is an ancient vine grown mainly in the province of Ragusa, where it expresses its full potential.
The hints of red berries, which are also perceived on the palate, are the characteristics of this wine that make it pleasant to combine with both meat and fish.

Made entirely from Sangiovese vines, Petruccino Orcia DOC Podere Forte has a full ruby red color. On the nose sparkling with sensations of berries and plums, marine scrub, violet and sweet tobacco. Great strength on the palate, where well-orchestrated tannins direct the games. Good length. Vinification and aging for 18-20 months between barrique and tonneau, refining in the bottle for a year.
Excellent to be enjoyed with meat main courses such as lamb fricassee.
