Ecrù, a natural passito produced with Zibibbo grapes.
For the vinification, the method of infusion of raisins in wine is used.
The sun and the wind, with their joint action, determine the natural drying process of the bunches for almost 40 days. The grapes are then unpacked and infused into the wine, determining the uniqueness of L’Ecrù.

The 24 months of barriques are told, in a surprising olfactory experience between hints of undergrowth, anise, white chocolate, vanilla, licorice.
Harmony and vigor to the taste, allow combinations with important dishes based on red meat, game, game, aged cheeses and cured meats.

Vintage 2018 is one of the coolest vintages for the Bolgheri area, winter and spring were very rainy, and therefore there was no lack of water availability in the summer.
This is a very important red which, if well preserved, can have a long life.
