Grappa Quater - Firriato
Quater is a modern grappa with a soft aromatic bouquet. A highly developed distillate aimed at a discerning international audience, no longer used to the traditional grappa. It is a acquavite that is refined and attentively treated in every aspect of its production.
An excellent after-meal grappa obtained from the pomace of zibibbo grapes used for the production of Passito Ben Ryé with distillation in a bain-marie discontinuous still.
At sight it has an ancient gold color with extreme clarity, the citrus note is pleasant and opens up in a thousand facets of fresh and candied fruit that blend with a delicate vanilla scent.

Obtained from the pomace of fine grapes used for the production of Mille e una Notte with distillation in a discontinuous bain-marie alembic still. Intense and clear golden color; the aroma is immediately pleasant and engaging; soft on the palate with an extraordinarily large aromatic complex.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, Brut Rosé 2018, with an antique pink color, is characterized by an elegant and distinct bouquet.
Pink sparkling wine that offers notes of bread crust, combined with delicate fruity hints (pink grapefruit) and spices. A Donnafugata Classic Method that presents a pleasant freshness and good structure, with a seductive return of fruity sensations and a savory vein with a long persistence.
At the table it goes perfectly with raw or cooked shellfish and fish tartare, or with salted raw ham.

The Spumante Brut Rosè Cucunci comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes which grow in the Belice Valley, a hilly valley in the Trapani area.
It is a very elegant sparkling wine, which has a pale pink color and a fine and elegant perlage, where fruity notes of cherry and white flowers stand out.
Thanks to its typically acidic flavour, it is excellent both for an aperitif and also throughout a meal.
